We purchased this for my elderly parents cat who was diagnosed with diabetes.
It is an expensive option, but priced well at this outlet.
We bought it as it would be easier than my parents having to give injections. Within two days the glucose levels came down and the vet is happy, it is administered on food, which can be hit and miss, but hunger wins out.
So far everything is going really well.
