Home Visit + F3/C5 Vaccination + Rabies Vaccination

• Home veterinary consultation
• General health check
• F3 vaccination for cats, or F4 vaccination for cats exporting to Malaysia
• C5 vaccination for dogs
• Rabies vaccination
• Basic guidance to help minimise pet stress during travel
• DAFF veterinary certificates, where applicable

• Brachycephalic fit-to-fly assessment for short-nosed breeds
• Hendra Virus SNT Test, where applicable
• General travel health examination

Pre-Departure Final Health Check

Dr Eva Yau can assist with the final pre-departure veterinary health check before travel.

This may include:

• Final veterinary examination before departure
• Completing the Declaration of Pre-Export Veterinary Health and Welfare Inspection for Live Animals, other than livestock form
• Providing practical advice to help minimise stress during travel

Important Travel Planning Note

Pet export requirements are different for every country and can depend on your destination, transit country, airline, timing, breed and vaccination history.

Dr Eva Yau provides the veterinary component of the export process, including vaccinations, health checks, testing support, pre-departure health inspections and veterinary certificates where applicable.

Pet owners are strongly encouraged to engage a professional pet travel agent or pet export service before booking travel. A travel agent can confirm the full export requirements, timeline, import permits, government paperwork, airline requirements and destination country rules.

Please note that Dr Eva Yau does not manage the full pet export process. Owners are responsible for confirming all travel and destination requirements with their travel agent, pet export service or relevant authorities.
