How to Order

If you see the Prescription Required icon, it means the item can only purchased with a prescription. A pet's prescription can be obtained by in-person consultation with the vet. Most vets are more than happy to do so but they may charge a nominal charge for doing so. 

Once you have uploaded your prescription, we will verify your prescription with  veterinary practice. Please note that any forged, altered or tampered prescription are illegal and will be taken seriously. We will notify the relevant Victorian Police and MPR (Medicine and Poison Regulation) to deal with this matter. You are required to post the prescription to our mail box at:

Your prescription will be kept on our file until your repeats ran out. Don't worry! We will send you a hassle-free auto-reminder email whenever your medications is running low or when you need a new prescription. So you don't have to worry about missing out your pet's medication. 

Once your prescription has been verified, we will process your order promptly and send you a confirmation email that your order is on its way!
