Shipping and Delivery


 

All orders are packed by Pet Furmacy and dispatched through our third-party courier partners. We deliver Australia-wide to all states and territories. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours.

Delivery Options

We use CouriersPlease, Australia Post, and local courier services to deliver orders.

Delivery options may include:

Standard or Express Shipping
The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

  • Same-day delivery may be available for Melbourne CBD.
    Next-day delivery may be available for selected addresses within approximately 40 km of Melbourne.
  • For urgent orders, please call us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange the best delivery option.

Cold Shipping
Cold shipping for refrigerated items starts from $28.

Heavy Items
Some heavy or bulky food products may have an extra shipping fee. This will be shown at checkout.

 

Refrigerated Items

Refrigerated items include products such as:

Caninsulin, Optisulin, Toujeo, Solensia, Cytopoint, Cartrophen, Synovan and Beransa

For refrigerated products, we recommend:

  • Local pickup, or
  • Express Delivery (for Melbourne CBD and within 40km Metropolitan area)

If needed, we may send refrigerated items by Mediport or Australia Post Express. These items are usually dispatched early in the week to reduce transit delays.

 

Important Cold Shipping Notice

Refrigerated products may be compromised if they are not transported in a temperature-controlled environment.

By selecting cold shipping, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Shipping delays may occur outside Pet Furmacy’s control.
  2. Refrigerated products may be affected by high temperatures, delivery delays, or other transit conditions.
  3. Pet Furmacy cannot guarantee the integrity, effectiveness, or condition of refrigerated products once they leave our premises.
  4. Pet Furmacy does not offer refunds or replacements for refrigerated products affected by delivery delays, heat exposure, or other circumstances during transit.
  5. You accept the inherent risks associated with shipping refrigerated products.
